The Inkwell Tattoo Studio and Gallery is a professional, health registered studio, situated in the heart of Oxton Village, on the Wirral.
Established February 2012, The Inkwell is a fully custom tattoo studio. Currently we have 3 full time artists, Sam Reilly, Danny Taylor and Max McCartney. All three are accustomed to many styles of tattooing and each also have their own specific style that they specialise in.
Sam Reilly
Sam, who has over a decade tattooing experience specialises in Realism and has won awards for her colour portraits in particular.
Danny Taylor
Danny has perfected his very own style of Neo Traditional whilst working in top studios in the UK and Germany. Danny has won multiple awards at tattoo conventions all across Europe.
Max McCartney
Finally, Max has developed his own unique style of Blackwork. With his talent of coming up with “out of the box” designs, he has tattooed some of the most unique and original dotwork designs in the UK.
